A one-on-one virtual/phone consultation to discussion options and plan your unique photoshoot session. The consultation fee goes towards the final session cost when booked.

Cancellation Policy

By booking a photo shoot with Shot by Somi Studios, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your photo shoot date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the shoot. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable. The Client may request to reschedule the shoot up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot, subject to availability. In the unlikely event that Shot by Somi Studios needs to cancel or reschedule the shoot, every effort will be made to accommodate the Client's needs. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be fully refunded. The Client is responsible for arriving at the agreed-upon shoot location on time. If the Client is running late, please inform Shot by Somi Studios as soon as possible. A grace period of 15 minutes will be granted for unforeseen circumstances. However, if the Client exceeds this grace period, it may result in a reduction of the shoot duration or rescheduling at Shot by Somi Studios' discretion. Shot by Somi Studios retains the copyright and ownership of all images captured during the shoot, including but not limited to raw and edited images. The Client is granted non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images requires prior written permission from Shot by Somi Studios or booking of a business branding session. The Client grants Shot by Somi Studios the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish the images for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, and display on Shot by Somi Studios' website and social media platforms. Shot by Somi Studios will provide a selection of edited images from the shoot. The edited images will be delivered to the Client within 7- 10 after selections are made. The delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the editing and Shot by Somi Studios' workload. Shot by Somi Studios will take reasonable care while capturing and editing the images. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or illness, Shot by Somi Studios' liability is limited to a refund of the shoot fee. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Shot by Somi Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Client's use of the images, including any legal disputes. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia . Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chatham, County Ga. By booking a photo shoot with Shot by Somi Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
